Holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics Degree of Makerere University Kampala. Pursued a Master of Science in Information System from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. He has lectured at Makerere University and was in charge of establishing up-country ICT centres for Distance Learners of Makerere University, Department of Distance Education. He has keen interest in managment of Information Systems and Programming. He now heads the ICT Consultancy Department at Socnet Solutions
